About the Role
* Coordinate all marketing materials
* Order, print, package and deliver materials to employees
* Send company reports as needed
* Coordinate, execute, and attend company sponsored events
* Assist in business development and lead generation
* Attend Bank meetings and retreats as needed
* Ensure all materials are current and meet bank and mortgage compliance standards
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Some travel required
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Requirements
* At least 18 years of age
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Experience using Microsoft Publisher 2007 and Adobe Illustrator (CS3) preferred
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills
* Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to organize and plan events
* Prior mortgage/ real estate experience preferred
* Photography experience is a plus
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
